Our registration management with integrated seat reservation was this year an essential part of the popular Vienna summer of culture and one of the reasons why it was possible to safely and successfully run an event with 2 live main stages for 500 people each in the midst of a pandemic.
Our tasks
- Registration management with integrated seat reservation
- Tickets with QR code – via email or SMS when registering via the telephone hotline
- Traceable seat allocation integrated in the ticket for contact tracing if necessary
- Release button for remaining tickets on site in case of a no-show
- Processing of the check-in on site using QR code tickets and NFC handhelds
